Transferium s.r.o. is a property development company working in the region of the Giant Mountains and at the foothills of the Giant Mountains. The parent company has been active in the real estate market since 1998.

We focus on building and reconstructions of family houses, apartment buildings and holiday houses and subsequent sale of these houses. We also focus on purchase and sale of lands, installation of underground services in localities intended for development. In addition, we arrange sale and after-sales service for our clients. Their fulfilled wishes and satisfaction are our aim.

The company is owned by two business partners: Co Blom and Josef Vrbata who have had extensive experience in real estate activity since 1996.

We have been members of Czech-Neth Business Support (CNBS) since 2008.
